This position requires NCCER Boilermaker certification, a Valid Driver’s License, and a TWIC Card.
This maintenance position works 4x10s plus occasional OT - No Per Diem.

Lubricator/ Millwright
The basic function of this role is to provide necessary technical and hands-on support to continuously monitor and maintain the lubrication health of rotating equipment and their auxiliaries. The role will resolve & report lubrication issues to ensure equipment reliability. Lubrication responsibilities include maintenance of lubrication systems on equipment including lubrication components such as breathers, sample points, filters, and mist generators. This position will also include managing their lubrication storage, and stocking practices. The lubrication technician will also participate and work closely as a member of the maintenance/reliability group supporting other lubricators as needed, responding to day-to-day operation's needs, and managing lubrication conditioning as needed.
Experience Lubricating Rotating Equipment - Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Oil Mist systems, Gear Boxes, and Filter Change Systems.
Assist. Millwrights and other tasks as required.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in Dept. Safety programs. Perform Duties in a safe and environmentally responsible manner Ensure the equipment assigned in the unit is properly lubricated Check oil levels. Grease equipment Maintain Levels in mist generators and other automatic lubricating systems. Change oil on a regular schedule. Ensure that clean lubricant is added to equipment. Record Lubrication tasks as completed. Identify, correct, and or record lubrication issues and deficiencies. Maintain lubricant inventory. Ensure oil is handled and disposed of properly. Ensure the Lubrication program in the assigned unit follows best practices. Verify/Label equipment with the correct lubricant. Oil sample ports are maintained. Collect and process Lubricant samples. Assist millwrights with Oil/System flushing and filter changes during shutdowns and outages Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education: – no minimum education requirements.
Certification/License: NCCER Boilermaker certification, a Valid Driver’s License, and TWIC Card
Experience: – 4 years of Journeyman level experience.
