About the Role & Program

Lucasfilm's Studio Talent Group brings together the most talented and experienced artists, producers, engineers and managers in the entertainment industry to help employees reach their full potential.  Working with ILM’s global talent base in San Francisco, London, Vancouver, Sydney and Mumbai, our STG instructors are some of the industry's brightest creative and technical talents, who work with Oscar-winners, world-class artists, designers, and engineers.

If selected, you will also take direction from the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, as well as the Director of Talent Development.

What You Will Do

The Studio Talent Group (STG) intern will focus on general administrative and support duties for the department. You will work closely with the STG team, specifically with our counterparts on the West Coast in San Francisco and Vancouver. On any given day you might:

Schedule STG events and coursesTrack course and event attendanceSupport the creation of presentation contentUpdate the STG websiteOrganize digital files and materials

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Art, Theatre, Communications or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internshipThe approximate dates of this internship are early June 2025- August 2025Must provide own housing and reliable transportation during the internship in the San Francisco, CA  area
