Signature Retail Services is seeking a Lumber Merchandiser/ Area Supervisor! This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $21.00- $23.00 per hour. This is a full-time hybrid role that involves independent travel throughout the Atlanta, GA region.

What will you do?

Utilize your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service retail stores within your designated territory, including various departments such as Lumber and Building Materials. Safely lifting lumber products and organizing them on the shelves. Perform resets, merchandise product, and maintain product planograms. Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and set up new fixtures/displays. Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays. Assess inventory needs to proactively suggest replenishment orders and coordinate with store personnel to meet demand. Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details. Completing sales service reports and uploading photos while in store. Assist in supporting newly hired employees, providing guidance and on-the-job training.

Position Requirements:

Must be 18 years old or older. Ability to travel to assigned Retailer locations within your territory. Able to work a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule. Proof of a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance is required. Access to a smartphone or tablet with email, picture, and internet access to complete reports while in store. Some overnight travel may be required. Willing to undergo pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements such as a background check and motor vehicle record check. Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, carry materials/products, and safely utilize rolling staircases and/or climb ladders. Must be able to meet lifting requirements up to 50 lbs repeatedly and regularly without any assistance for the duration of the shift.
