As a Knowledge and Market Intelligence Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of connecting and convening our account teams and clients with insights, offerings, solutions, and ecosystems to address business issues, enhance relationships, and architect engagements. Key Responsibilities:
As a Knowledge and Market Intelligence Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance fund knowledge in our organization. You will act as the key point of contact ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
Your role involves tasks related to: market intelligence, regulatory knowledge and training and presentations:
Lead and mentor a team of knowledge professionals, fostering an exceptional and multicultural work environment Collaborate with industry leaders and business development teams on high-impact projects, driving EY's go-to-market strategy Lead the Knowledge function, following every regulatory update published in Luxembourg and Europe (e.g., via the CSSF, European Union, EFAMA, EBA, FATF, etc.) impacting namely wealth & asset management (the fund industry), followed by banking & capital markets, and insurance Drive market intelligence by overseeing the analysis of internal and external databases to monitor clients and detect new leads Utilize advanced data analysis to create reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools, transforming data into actionable insights Develop a deep understanding of EY Industries, Services, Accounts, and BD methodologies Keep abreast of market trends, innovations, and regulatory developments in the financial services sectors, and identify commercial opportunities for EY Structure market and regulatory knowledge to facilitate access by business stakeholders Create and review insightful market/regulatory intelligence content, promoting best practices for structured business development actions Coordinate the development and maintenance of databases and visualization tools to assist business developers and client-facing professionals Analyze KPIs of business development initiatives to gather insights on success factors and shortcomings Create and promote thought leadership and external content, as well as provide ad hoc support on events and special projects Provide internal and external trainings on an ad hoc basisWhat We Look For:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Data-related discipline, Marketing, or other relevant fields Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fund industry Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Luxembourgish, French, or German is a strong asset Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and other analytical tools Very good knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations is an asset Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyWhat We Offer:
