Summary:
TWE seeks a Luxury & Outsource Planning Coordinator to assist in the luxury and outsource production planning process, focusing on supporting production scheduling, inventory management, invoicing, and coordination with external vendors. This role will support the operational success of mobile and external productions and ensure timely production in alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supply Chain Coordination - Coordinate with third-party producers and suppliers, manage additional support of mobile production, coordinate logistics for material deliveries, manage the etching process for luxury large formats.
+ Inventory Management - Assist in conducting regular dry goods inventory checks and help maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Data Analysis and Reporting on supply chain data
+ Support Process Improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement of supply chain and production planning and execution
+ Support Compliance and Documentation
+ Track and pay invoices, including all finance communication and follow up.
+ Create and manage all JDE work orders as they pertain to luxury and external production, including checking costs, bill of materials, routes, etc.
About you:
+ You are at least 21 years old, fluent in English and, preferably Spanish too.
+ You have a degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, warehousing, or a related field
+ You have proven abilities in supply chain coordination, production planning, or similar, with an emphasis on supporting planning processes
+ You have excellent interpersonal skills and love working with a team
+ You are a critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
+ You have excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, presenting, influencing and training
+ You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA or Paso Robles, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
