What you'll do:
Meeting and greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs by asking questions and listeningDemonstrate vehicles, includes test drivesNegotiating deals with our customers and closing the salePresent financing options along with lifestyle products i.e. Service Contracts, etc.Upon completion of the sale working with the customer to obtain insuranceDeliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand the vehicles capabilitiesReport to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesKeep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customersAttend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturerQualificationsWhat it takes to succeed:

High school diploma or the equivalentValid in-state driver’s licenseExcellent communication skillsAbility to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standardsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAll applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe mannerAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's licenseAdditional InformationThe Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The eSales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
