What will you do?Assist in overseeing inventory for all beverage and dry storage items Assist with the training and development of the suite team members, to help ensure all employees are upholding department standards Oversee check closeouts at the end of each night and ensure all final paperwork is completed/turned inInspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to, as well as their overall organization Maintain knowledge of new and returning Suite Holders and guests Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations Oversee the assigned Suites section to ensure exceptional guest service throughout the event Assist with overseeing the pantries, suites, equipment, beverage, and other assigned tasksAssist with guest inquiries and complaints as they arise
More about youMinimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience requiredStrong knowledge of food and wineBasic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends - some shifts will be required outisde of the game day schedulePOS experience is requiredNo college degree required
Physical requirementsMust be able to stand/walk for up to 8+ hours Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
