What will you do? Oversee inventory of food and beverage items Assist with the training and development of suite team members, ensuring all department standards are upheld Maintain knowledge on new and returning Suite Holders and guests Oversee assigned section to ensure exceptional guest service and assistwith guest inquires and complaints as they arise Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations Oversee check closeouts at the end of each night and ensure all final paperwork is completed/turned in Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Assist with overseeing the pantries, suites equipment, beverage service and other assigned tasks More about you Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in hospitality and high-volume dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of food and wine Basic knowledge of par levels and conducting inventory Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends No college degree required Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working Physical requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details
