Shift: Morning Shift - 7:00 Am to 3:00PM; Afternoon shift 3:00PM to 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Develop, coach, mentor and train valet team , ensuring that job and client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Schedule Management: Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing operational costs.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; attend meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proactively handle customer complaints and operational issues, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Operational Oversight: Manage employee work hour reports, payroll submissions, and compliance with company policies.
- Financial Accountability: Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure integrity in revenue control through audits.
- Reporting: Complete required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
