Your role and responsibilitiesTo the EUROPE Operation Center looking for new colleague on position „Project Engineer for Low Voltage “.Understanding customer needs - being responsible for the electrical design of big scale projects and ABB GMD systems. That's the kind of task and challenges you like to have?We are looking for candidate with higher experiences. Candidates must have knowledge for electro-power Engineering / Low voltage distribution / Motor Control center / UPS system. In this role you will be in close cooperation to the Center of Excellence for MAC projects (Mining, Alu-minium, Cement, GMD, ) in SwitzerlandEnglish language on Leve B2 - daily basis for communication with our international part-ners/customers/suppliers. -Ability to work accord. to project schedules to reach the defined partial and final targets.Job Description:•\tDesign of industrial LV distribution panels / Switchgears including various equipment (e.g, breakers, LV drives, UPS) and support of manufacturing.•\tOn site supervision of installation and commissioning.•\tStrong safety orientation towards site work and environmental aspects.•\tInteracting and collaborating with engineering peers across multiple locations•\tCoordinating technical issues during the project execution and participating in technical discussions •\tCarrying out Inspections and factory acceptance tests•\tProviding technical support to sales and project management•\tCreating as well as collecting from supplier the basic documents of system configurations, concepts, specifications, datasheets, handbooks, guidelines, etc.
Qualifications for the role\tEducation in field of Electrical Engineering (e.g. Power Engineering, Drives, System Engi-neering)\tExperiences min. 2 years in Power Engineering\tLV Protection system parametrization.\tCertification according dec. 194/2022 (min. §6)\tAbility to maintain milestones\tResult orientation and reliability\tTeam oriented and supportive approach, proactive, on goal.\tEnglish (B2) – will improve quickly during Onsite training\tCommitted to travel worldwide (up to 30%).Advantage:\tUniversity degree in Electrical engineering\tExperience Process Control Systems; Drives application.\tGerman Language\tBasic experience in the use of electrical design tools (for example E3/E-plan) is an ad-vantage
