Key Responsibilities Conduct home health visits to administer skilled nursing care and medical treatments as per the Nurse Practice Act of California. Collaborate with supervising healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform essential medical tasks such as changing bandages, administering medications, and collecting specimens. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse. Support Registered Nurses in educating patients and their families about health management and care plans. Qualifications Active LVN license in the state of California. At least one year of clinical experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
