Current California LVN licenseAmerican Heart Association BLS for Health Care ProviderMust be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proven LVN experience in primary care; skills in accurately taking and recording vital signs, height and weight; administering medication including injections; interviewing patients; and collecting and/or testing specimens.Requires knowledge in medical terminology, online scheduling, electronic medical record, universal precautions and proper use of body mechanics.Thorough knowledge of the normal range of values for vital signs and of basic lab and infection control procedures; standard items used to stock exam rooms.Demonstrated knowledge of the patient flow process to efficiently monitor appointments, patients and available providers.General knowledge of pharmaceuticals and able to process PARs.Proven ability to serve as a resource and effectively lead and mentor staff.Possess the personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, integrity, accountability and innovation.This position requires demonstrated capability to provide exceptional customer service, helping with inquires, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.PreferredQualifications:
