This is a per diem/on call position supporting Hospice patients in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas.

Required Qualifications: 

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 6 months of experience as a LVN in a health care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Home care or hospice experience.
