Your role

In this role of M&A Accounting Manager, you’ll gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with partners to improve processes and deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals. #LI-Hybrid

Your background and experience

Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience leading accounting and financial integration for M&A activities.Strong understanding of purchase accounting, including asset and liability valuation and purchase price allocation.Experience developing and executing integration roadmaps with key milestones and stakeholder alignment.Skilled in coordinating cross-functional efforts and aligning multiple work streams.Knowledgeable in financial systems integration and standardization of business processes.Proficient project management skills, including status tracking and risk identification.Expertise in U.S. GAAP and M&A financial reporting requirements.Background in conducting post-integration reviews and driving continuous improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Bachelor's degree and five plus years of direct accounting experience in progressively responsible roles required.
