Introduction
We are seeking an M&A Analyst to join Metso’s Group M&A team to contribute to the successful management of M&A projects. You will be responsible for conducting financial and valuation analysis, supporting various due diligence activities, and providing strategic and market analysis in relation to M&A projects. In your role you will also be supporting the creation of business cases with business leaders and functional experts.
This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. In this position, you will report to the Vice President of M&A.

You will join a team of M&A experts dedicated to driving strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions. We are constantly working on various M&A projects at various stages and in various geographies. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as business leaders and functional experts, as well as external advisors and business owners involved in the M&A process. What you’ll do

Who you are
1-3 years of relevant experience in transaction services, investment banking, or management consulting Solid understanding and experience of financials, financial analysis tools, and valuation methods Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills Project management experience is a benefit Initiative and strive for high-quality Ability to work with global teams and meet tight deadlines Full working proficiency in English
