Description Our client is seeking an inhouse attorney to support their international M& A activities. This VP level role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and will interact heavily with private equity and VC leadership. will be responsible for 10+ sell-side & buy-side M& A cases. Hybrid schedule 2 days remote weekly, 3 days in office in the Fort Mill, SC / Charlotte, NC area. Compensation package includes 20-30% bonus plus 20-30% LTI.
