As a Vice President in Japan M&A tem, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and to be involved in real-time transactions that can shape the industry landscape and global economy. You will play a pivotal role in our business origination and transaction execution. Job responsibilities

Act as a day to day leader focused on M&A, originates and executes M&A transactions out of Japan platform as well as from JPMorgan’s global clients while not specialized in certain industry sector but covers clients across all sectors Liaise with other product groups such as ECM, DCM and Markers to cross sell other products Lead dialogue with clients and transaction/marketing counterparties together with senior bankers

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

More than 5 years’ work experience in an investment banking front office role A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution Strong financial analytical skills Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, professionals and counterparties both in Japanese and English Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently/proactively
