Summary:
We are seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Specialist - People & Culture to lead change management initiatives during company mergers and acquisitions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions, particularly in the construction, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors. This organization is located in Sanford, Fl and ideally looking for a hybrid work style. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational change, employee integration, and cultural alignment throughout the M&A lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management Leadership: Lead and execute change management strategies to facilitate seamless integration of people and processes post-merger
* Cultural Integration: Drive people and culture change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for employees in acquired organizations
* M&A Strategy Execution: Work closely with leadership to assess and integrate acquired companies, focusing on workforce alignment and operational efficiency
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and operational managers to align business goals with people strategies
* Training & Communication: Develop and implement communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement strategies to support change initiatives
* Process Optimization: Utilize NetSuite and other tools to streamline HR and operational processes during M&A activities
* Industry-Specific Focus: Apply expertise in construction, manufacturing, and supply chain to tailor change management strategies to these sectors
