As an Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager you will....
- Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence integration planning and integration execution process of strategic initiatives company
- Work within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition and then execute on those requirements
- Partner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout the Company
- Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities build contingency plans and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks
- Assist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategies
- Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectives
- Act as an information gatekeeper understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal

+ Enjoy working autonomously and asynchronously maintaining a solution-focused mindset
+ Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
+ Have an agile mindset and can showcase the keen ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
+ Understand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential information
+ Experience using Microsoft 365 specifically proficient in PowerPoint for executive level presentations and Excel for project tracking.
+ Have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
+ Bachelors degree required in a related field
