M2 Inbound (Receiving/Putaway) Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
Advocate and support a Safety-First mindset for Receiving/Putaway Warehouse Operations. Proactively remove barriers prohibiting a Safety-First mindset. Instill and advocate for consistent operations for both Receiving and Putaway across all shifts, supporting a one team mentality. Communicate, monitor, and proactively solution issues preventing the attainment to organization objective KPIs specifically for Receiving and Putaway across all shifts. Proactively support Warehouse Health initiatives. Determine staffing requirements; ensures effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development. Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions. Partner with support and outside departments to remove barriers to the organizational objective, being a change agent as needed. Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.

**U.S. Salary Range:**
$68,000.00 - $93,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
