Specific duties:

Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates. Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.

o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

o Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

 

Screening Resumes and Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Participate in the valuation of the positions with C&B, HR administration and positions’ Leaders Evaluate and recommend psychometric and other tests to support the selection process. Administer approved tests and assist line managers to interpret the results.

o    Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

Supervise the logistics of face-to-face and / or remote interviews with HR and selection committee and participate in selection committees. Elaborate and created a database for KPI’s related with LRS Mexico & RO / IRS recruitment processes.
