The **Microsoft 365 Administrator** will be responsible for supporting, operating, maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment (including M365 Apps), with potential active involvement with our Identity and Access system, Okta. This role involves configuring and maintaining user accounts, permissions, licenses, M365 Apps, and ensuring secure and efficient access to resources, and supporting the overall Digital Workplace productivity and collaboration goals of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Microsoft 365 Administration: + Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and more. + Monitor and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. + Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security policies and best practices. + Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 tools and features. + Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. + Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base articles. + Identity and Access Management (Okta): + Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Okta platform, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control. + Monitor and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Okta. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Okta and related applications. + Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security policies and best practices. + Provide end-user support and training on Okta features and functionality. + Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and integrations. + Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base articles. + System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripts. + Ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction by addressing connectivity and service issues. + Security and Compliance: + Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. + Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations with other systems. + Collaboration and Support: + Provide seamless experiences and self-service management capabilities for users. + Collaborate with other IT roles to drive strategic identity projects and modernize identity solutions. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator including administration of all M365 App suite. + Some knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and Microsoft 365 services. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Microsoft Certified: M365 Admin or M356 Apps (SharePoint, Teams) + Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience + Okta experience **Educational Requirements:** Must have at least 2 years of related experience with a BS degree and OR a total of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. **What We Offer:** Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
