To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com **JOB DESCRIPTION** The M365 Administrator supports the overall administration of Microsoft 365 applications and services, focusing on day-to-day operations and user support. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and performance of the M365 environment. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Exchange and Email Management** + Assist in the administration of Exchange Online, including managing mail flow, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations. + Provide support for email-related issues, ensuring effective communication across the organization. **2. SharePoint and OneDrive Administration** + Help configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions. + Support OneDrive for Business management, ensuring user access and data integrity. **3. Teams and Telephony Solutions** + Assist in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams for collaboration, including channels and meetings. + Support the integration of telephony solutions within Teams to enhance communication. **4. Device Management with Intune and Autopilot** + Assist in deploying and managing devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. + Monitor device enrolment and management issues, providing troubleshooting support as needed. **5. Security and Compliance** + Help configure security settings and compliance requirements for Microsoft 365 applications. + Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards. **6. User Support and Training** + Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and features. + Document processes and maintain configurations related to Microsoft 365. **7. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting** + Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. + Stay informed about new features and capabilities of Microsoft 365, providing feedback for improvements. **8. Documentation and Process Management** + Document and maintain Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures. + Collaborate with senior administrators to implement best practices and optimize system performance. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or IT support. + Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Autopilot. + Basic knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is preferred. + Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. **Benefits** We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
