WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The M365 Apps suite, is the most widely used set of applications at SAP.  It is a daily part of all our employees lives and has millions of interactions per year.  As a member of our team, you will:

Responsible for triggering new package requests, patches, and customizations through GPO‘s & cloud policies, Document solutions & providing workarounds, Knowledge transfer to other teams, as well as handling escalations to the vendor, and coordinating with senior management. Responsible for managing the application lifecycle, providing 3rd level application support for Windows, Mac, and Mobile, and aligning with the Security & Data Privacy teams, as well as Social Partners here at SAP.   Part of a team that plans, tests, and implements M365 Copilot Work towards sustained adoption and productivity gains within the company

WHAT YOU BRING:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering  More than 3 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in application packaging and deployment services. (preferably through SCCM / Intune & JAMF)  Good knowledge of managing core Microsoft 365 Office Apps across all major platforms, preferably with knowledge in PowerShell scripting  Good knowledge of the rest of the M365 suite, like SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform etc.  An individual with a robust innovative spirit & critical thinking skill, adept at learning swiftly and fueled by a passion for technology.  Excelling in self-management, they thrive in virtual team environments, consistently achieving successful outcomes.  An excellent communicator, who is comfortable collaborating both 1:1, as well as presenting to a wider audience  Must be able to speak English

This position is a hybrid role that will require to be in the office in Monterrey at least 3 days a week. 

 

MEET THE TEAM:

Join our Microsoft 365 Apps team and provide 3rd level application support for core M365 Office Apps on Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for the end to end support & operations of this suite of products, as well as handling escalations to the vendor. 

In addition, with the advancements in Microsoft’s GenAI solution, the role will also play a key part in rolling out Copilot, as well as ensuring sustained adoption of the solution.  This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of this new technology.
