What is this about? Our new M365 Architect will be part of Digital Workplace Engineering team and responsible for managing and overseeing M365 Landscape. Reporting directly to the Architect of Digital Workspace, the position will collaborate with functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions. A typical day might include: Design and implement M365 tenant architecture, including service configurations, user migration plans, security best practices and foster a culture of collaboration by leveraging M365 tools like Teams and SharePoint Online. Stay up to date on the latest M365 features and functionalities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage and optimize all aspects of our M365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure AD. Configure and enforce security policies for data protection, access control, and threat prevention. Monitor M365 health, troubleshoot issues, and identify and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Develop and implement user adoption strategies to promote effective utilization of M365 services across the organization. Integrate M365 with other enterprise applications to streamline workflows and enhance user productivity. You should apply if: You have 5+ years of relevant experience. You are Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert. You possess hands-on experience with M365 security, Intune, and Endpoint security. You have hands-on experience with core M365 applications and services e.g. OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Viva, SharePoint. You have experience with M365 governance and data protection services, including Information Protection and DLP, and with Azure AD including on premises Active Directory.
