M365 Digital Engineer
We are seeking an M365 Digital Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a M365 Digital Engineer at Marsh, you will provide administration and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 environment.
We will count on you to:
Provide administration, maintenance, and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 environment and related applications including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Power PlatformMaintain and support licensing model and related processesActively manage ServiceNow ticket queue and escalationsCreate and maintain engineering and process documentationMonitor service healthMaintain Microsoft message center and roadmap activitiesServe as a technical resource on projects and mergers & acquisitions activitiesWork in a cross-functional environment with various business and technology groupsWhat you need to have:
At least 2-3 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated strong understanding and knowledge across the Microsoft 365 environment, related applications, and integrationsExperience in the Microsoft 365 platform, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Apps, Power AutomateExperience with PowerShell, API, and rest services integrationsKnowledge of Azure AD and IntuneAdvanced Level of English is a MustWhat makes you stand out:
