Responsibilities 

Provide advanced-level support for Microsoft-based technologies, including but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.  Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and technical needs to appropriate solutions.  Architect, implement and maintain solutions that optimize performance, scalability, and security of our environments.  Be an integral team member in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud, server, and network-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.  Perform advanced system maintenance tasks, including patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning.  Implement and enforce security measures to protect our
