Working closely with the Digital Workspace Service (DWS) team, we have a new opportunity for a Microsoft 365 Platform Generalist. Bring your unwavering dedication and together, we’ll deliver work that matters. Your impact on the team: You will act as a liaison between the Tech Service team and our global users. As our new M365 Platform Generalist, you will be responsible for increasing adoption of M365 services. Increasing users’ proficiency related to M365 services - this includes, but is not limited to, Office, SharePoint, Loop, and Bookings. What you will be doing: Work closely with the M365 Architect and DWS Leadership to deliver key transformational projects. You will be working with other team members to understand, promote, and support M365 services. Foster strong relationships with service providers and other service owners to ensure the reliable delivery of M365 services. Collaborate with end users through exceptional communication skills, documentation, and training, whilst developing and maintaining process documentation and training materials. Perform regular operational activities aligned with the ITIL framework, including managing requests, tickets, and incidents along with this manage and administer Office 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Conduct daily monitoring of system health, service performance, and storage utilization. We’re looking for someone with: 2 plus years of experience as an M365 Administrator. Strong understanding of M365 applications, services, and features. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attend occasional in-office meetings with other team members.
