Job Description

Within area of operation, the UK MA Site Operations lead will:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site related dataLead H&S topics for the locationsLiaise and engage with FCM, AUP and related department as applicablePro-actively ensure compliance on site for certification, site audit requirements and insuranceMinimise business impact of maintenance or breakdowns of equipment on site 

Specific Features

The job holder will be required, from time to time, to participate in events or support the business outside of normal working hours. Such events may require travelling and staying away from home.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills

Have experience of working in a remote location away from a head officeHave broad knowledge of H&S requirementsBe IT literate in a variety of Microsoft programmesHave awareness of Bosch internal structures and policy (desirable)Have knowledge of Bosch information and site related software systems (desirable)Ability to confidently take ownership of customer and stakeholder queriesAbility to work collaboratively and proactively with all members of MA as well as the wider Bosch networkTo display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the companyBe determined, energetic and flexibleEffectively and timely work towards defined targetsMust hold a full clean UK driving licenseBe able to participate in events outside of normal working hours
