In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive their healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software engineering. You will work closely with their data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to create scalable and robust models that address complex healthcare challenges. Key responsibilities include data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection and tuning, and performance evaluation. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and contribute to the continuous improvement of their machine learning infrastructure. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning – PyTorch, TensorFlow Experience with Data Science tools – NumPy, Pandas Experience with Python – Django (open to Flask) Experience with Large Language Modeling (LLMs) We are needing individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Jupyter Notebook Experience with operations research is a plus Experience with FAST Api’s Tech Breakdown 100% Machine Learning / Data Science 100% Python development 90% LLMs 5% AI Development – Operations research Daily Responsibilities 100% collaborating with the team 100% cross-collaboration with other teams in the IT department Benefits 401(K) Lots of room for growth Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Hybrid schedule (2x a week) Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development opportunities and continuous learning programs Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
