At Sinch, we pioneer the way the world communicates. Our customer communications cloud empowers businesses to reach everyone in world, in seconds or less, through mobile messaging, email, voice and video. We reach every phone on the planet 7 times a year and 8 out of 10 largest US tech companies are our customers. Sinch AI adds a layer of intentional intelligence on top of that, to build smarter, safer conversational experiences, faster.
As a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will play a vital role in building and expanding the core machine learning capabilities of Conversational AI at Sinch. Working as part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, you will have the autonomy to define objectives and goals, taking ownership of the entire product development life cycle - from planning and design to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
You will work on the intersection of the Generative AI team and the Conversational AI team of Sinch. The Conversational AI team is responsible for all conversational experiences in Sinch Chatlayer, Sinch Engage, and Sinch MessageMedia. Here, your focus will be on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to both make bot building much easier and bots themselves much more effective, natural and enjoyable. You will evaluate, test, customize, deploy, and integrate the latest LLMs into the platform to create more advanced and intuitive conversational experiences.
Our tech stack: Python, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, PyTorch, MLFlow, OpenSearch, LangChain, OpenAI LLMs, Gemini LLMs, Open-Source LLMs like LLama
