Job Description:

Location: Northborough, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking 1st shift Machine Operator candidates in the Northborough, MA area to work for the world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp and protect critical applications in demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operates a liquid injection molding press
• Assists in cleaning/loading/unloading ovens
• Review, document and input, readings on work orders
• Package silicone products in package room
• Feed silicone into Extruder Barrel
• Help clean/load/unload ovens
• Able to use a bag sealer
• Safely operate a multi-ton liquid injection press
• Support Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years related experience in manufacturing
• Must have command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions and read basic drawings
• Must possess basic math skills as well as computer and data entry experience
