Job Description
This position is responsible for drawing and spooling tubular wire for customer use according to process sheet and production schedule requirements. Safety, quality, and productivity are the core of successfully meeting our customer requirements for products used in vehicles, ships, bridges, dams, railcars, etc. Our core values are integrity, respect, trust, shared risks, and simplicity.

2nd Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
3rd Shift hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM 
Essential Functions:
Operate safely and identify / correct unsafe situationsFollow process specifications for machine setup and producitonRead micrometersPerform routine quality checksComplete machine setup / change over in timely mannerQualificationsPrevious experience on twin/single or high-speed spooler is requiredAble to lift approx. 65 pounds on a continual basisAble to meet/exceed specified production ratesAble to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time managementPossess an excellent quality recordPossess an excellent attitude and communication skillsADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
