This position reports to

Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of molding operations, i.e., work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision controlEnsures quality operation of the process, performs quality checks and controls, including adher-ence to cleaning and maintenanceMust maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity ratesPrepares and maintains accurate production records and follows standard operating proce-duresCommunicates respectfully with all team membersEnsures shift change is completed, and forms are filled out with accurate and appropriate in-formationAdditional duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications for the role

High School diploma/GED required Prior manufacturing experience not requiredAbility to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives
