Ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a professional mannerAbility to pay attention to detail and follow work instructionsAbility to work overtime as required to meet business needsRemove all debris and foreign material from mold.Appropriately apply a thin layer of oil to coat mold skin from tip to buttArticulate the difference in chuck bodies and wedges and install them correctly on to the mold strand.Ability to read, measure, and install the false plate per the engineered drawingAbility to read and comprehend the daily layout sheet and install the correct size spiral wire in the mold to approximately match the mold sections' dimensions.Ability to read and comprehend the engineered drawing and determine the correct type and length of de-mold and install correctly while it is flush and secured in place at the tip of the tension plate with tie wire.Obtains initial stress jack certification from EHS.Identify and report safety hazardsAssist with general plant clean up and housekeepingThis position reports to the Department SupervisorRequired Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
