Job Description:

Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts

CoWorx is recruiting for Machine Operators in the Attleboro, MA area!

Responsibilities:

The required skills for this position include mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are essential for operating machinery effectively.
Candidates will utilize their troubleshooting skills daily to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
Strong organizational skills will help the operator maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Preferred skills, such as familiarity with quality control standards, will enhance the operator’s ability to conduct thorough inspections of laminated products.
Overall, a combination of technical and soft skills will ensure that the Operator contributes to a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operation.
Experience specifically in lamination processes or related fields preferred.
Technical certification in manufacturing or machinery operation preferred.
Familiarity with quality control standards and practices preferred.

Other Information:

Shift Details:

12 hour shifts
6:00am – 6:00pm (3 days on 4 days off; vice versa)
6:00pm – 6:00am (Mon – Thurs)
