**Job Title: Production Mixer Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Production Mixer Operators to join our team in Biddeford. In this role, you will operate production equipment and mix large batches to create plastic base materials used by other production departments. Your ability to read and follow work instructions in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
+ Mix large batches to create plastic base material.
+ Read and follow work instructions in English.
+ Lift and transport materials weighing over 60 lbs.
+ Wear and operate a hooded respirator as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.
+ Experience in packaging, inspection, and assembly.
+ Forklift operation skills.
+ Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 6 months manufacturing or transferable experience.
+ Safety-first attitude.
+ Comfort with working in a hot environment and wearing a hooded respirator.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a team of fewer than 20 members during night shifts from Tuesday to Thursday, 2pm to 2am. The environment is physically demanding and requires wearing a hooded respirator.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
