Job Description

Onin Staffing is currently recruiting experience machine operators for a client located in Louisburg that manufactures foam products. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining stand-alone machines to support the production of manufactured goods.

1st shift 6am-6pm2nd shift 6pm-6amEvery other weekend$16.00/hour

This role requires a strong understanding of standard operating procedures, quality assurance standards, and machine operation. The operator must demonstrate attention to detail, follow safety protocols, and work collaboratively within a team under general supervision.

Operate first and secondary foaming presses and all related machine functions.Read and apply the metric system effectively.Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.Perform quality checks and identify basic nonconforming products according to customer specifications.Apply product labels accurately to identify finished goods.

Work Experience

Some skills important for this role would be:

Working knowledge of the metric system.Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in basic computer functions.Strong teamwork and communication abilities.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
