Job Description
Operate compound extrusion machines used to extrude polymer materials, aiming to become cross-functional in other areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Set up involves loading and unloading spools of material from the machines and assisting packagers with the packaging of cartridges while machines are still running.
ResponsibilitiesOperate compound extrusion machines for polymer extrusion.Become cross-functional in other areas within the facility.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Set up machines by loading and unloading spools of material.Assist packagers with cartridge packaging during machine operation.Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.Essential SkillsProficiency in extrusion machine operation.Ability to operate single screw extrusion machines independently.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine operation role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced, controlled manufacturing environment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
