Pay of $19.14/hr Shift differential -  $20.67/hr Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 12-hour third shift | Friday – Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Health benefits and referral program Temp-to-hire opportunity What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED - preferred At least 1 year of manufacturing experience - preferred Ability to lift 15–40 lbs repeatedly Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment Strong attention to detail and safety procedures Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required) What You’ll Do as a Production Associate: Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep Accurately enter production and quality data into systems Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks Identify and report quality issues promptly Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines Collaborate with team members and support process improvements
