Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.63/hr + Shift Differential of $4.50/hr

Shift: 6 pm - 6 am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

Operate machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions Record production data accurately, including good parts and scrap Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization at workstations

What's Needed?

Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices Basic math and reading skills Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
