Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for Machine Operator positions with a company in Erie, PA.  These are 1st shift position with a pay range of $15/hour depending on experience.

Machine Operator

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm  When overtime is needed the shift will go until 3:30pm or 4pm
Pay rate: $15/hour

Duties Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines Set-up and operate one or more of the following machines: KOMAX, SMT, conformal coating, AI, wave, selective solder, etc. Mount electronic circuit boards and other electronic components into the chassis Manufacture products to conform to customer guidelines Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components  Read and understand load plans Perform quality checks to ensure work is accurate to the job order Identify needed components Work as part of a team in a professional manner Maintain clean work area Other duties as assigned Open to working in other departments as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous SMT experience a plus Working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems a plus Ability to read and understand load plans Basic component identification skills Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities Above average communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas
