Volt is hiring Machine Operators and Fabricators for a leading manufacturing company in Woodland, CA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Machine Operator, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products.\r\n\tWeighing and processing of all sub-standard products generated by a production run.\r\n\tAssist and train operators in the operation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished products.\r\n\tConsistently perform work safely and efficiently with relation to machinery and co-workers at all times. Adhere to and follow all safety rules and safe work methods\r\n\tMaintain a clean, orderly area at all times and return supplies and equipment to assigned\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a Fabricator, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust be able to work on \"C shift\" 11pm - 7am and train on \"A shift\" 7am-3pm\r\n\tReading Blueprints and Schematics, Understanding detailed schematics and assembly instructions.\r\n\tOperating hand tools and power tools to trim, cut, and fit components.\r\n\tAligning components and connecting them with bolts, screws, or welding.\r\n\tEnsuring all parts are properly fitted and meet quality standards.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time Temp to hire opportunity. Multiple shifts are available.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExcellent time management and organizational skills.\r\n\tAbility to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift or push weights up to fifty (50) pounds for prolonged periods during assigned work shifts. \r\n\tManual dexterity as needed to operate machinery and equipment and complete assigned tasks.\r\n\tAbility to adhere to company policies and rules.\r\n\tMust be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and vibrations, and tolerate exposure to typical noises associated with plant operations.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. Shift differentials apply. Pay will increase once converted to the client. Max ($26.26) first year.
