What We Offer: Pay of $17.50/hour Third Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma not required 1 year of machine operating experience preferred What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator Quickly respond to packer reports of open packages, adjusting the line to prevent product waste Minimize film waste by addressing production issues such as running without noodles and completing film changes to avoid scrap Monitor the wrapper and resolve any stoppages to prevent accumulation and product breakage Analyze waste causes and take corrective actions to reduce it Oversee and adjust production processes, including film alignment, package sealing, date placement, and sachet dispenser positioning Avoid unnecessary adjustments to machine settings, such as printer temperatures and film height bars, unless required
