Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available1st Shift and 3rd Shift Rotating schedule 7 AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7 AM3rd Shift 7 PM to 5:30 AM Monday to FridayOperate and maintain designated machinery within the factory setting.Set up the machine according to specifications.Monitor performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal operation.Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure machinery functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation.Machine Operator Qualifications:
1 year of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production needs.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
