Primary Functions

Maintain the safe and efficient use of equipment, while adjusting settings to ensure accurate production of goods. Support all efforts to maintain 5-S standards and the plant's overall housekeeping as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Assist other Managers with different tasks as they occur as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform daily routine cleaning of areas; maintain 5-S standards and housekeeping Responsible for machine adjustments, product changeover, start-up, and shutdowns activities. Conduct preventable maintenance of process lines and resolve production problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Ensure optimum operations of equipment by reporting needed maintenance Meet the department’s key objectives Must understand and follow job-specific SOPs Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned consistent with the non-exempt functions.
