This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:• Follow the company's rules and regulations, and wear production PPE properly.• Complete motor hoisting, cable wiring and insulation as per process requirements.• Finish pre-assembly and installation of motor components based on quality standards.• Conduct daily equipment and tool maintenance.• Keep personal work area (5S) tidy and fulfill other temporary tasks.• Participate in cross-regional training, production and support for other factories.• Execute work arrangements to complete production tasks with quality and quantity.

Qualifications for the role

Job Requirements: High school, technical vocational school or above. Good health and strong sense of responsibility. Experience in mechanical assembly and ability to read mechanical drawings. Forklift operation and lifting machinery experience preferred.
