The Day-to-Day:

Operate machinery efficiently and safely according to company procedures.Monitor production processes, detecting and reporting any irregular operations, defective parts, or safety hazards to the Lead Person and/or Department Manager.Lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, or standing for extended periods.Adhere to daily production requirements and maintain records of products and issues encountered during the dipping process.Set up work areas with necessary materials and follow proper dipping criteria as per customers’ specifications.Maintain clear communication with coworkers, the Lead Person, and the Department Manager.Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.Work in varying environmental conditions, including some exposure to hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions.Handle substances such as soaps, alcohols, and boiling water as part of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to wear cleanroom garments and comply with personal protective equipment requirements.Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.51 per hourMonday to Friday6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
