**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are now hiring for production operators in Biddeford. In this role, you will be operating high-heat production equipment used in the production of various products. This role will require you to be fitted for a respirator and hoisted in the air to complete tasks. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis. The work environment is adverse, and you will be working with products that leave residue on your hands and clothes. Ideal candidates have 6 months or more experience working in a hands-on labor setting. **Responsibilities** + Operate high-heat production equipment. + Be fitted for and wear a respirator during tasks. + Perform tasks at heights as needed. + Lift 50+ lbs consistently. + Work with products that leave residue on hands and clothes. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, construction, machine operation, or general production. + Comfortable working at heights and wearing a respirator. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs. + Attention to detail and reliability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months or more of general labor, manufacturing, or relatable experience. + Ability to work a 4 on 4 off schedule, 12-hour shifts. **Why Work Here?** We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective on the day of hire with carriers like United Healthcare and Delta Dental.
