**Machine Operator** _$25/hour—1_ _st_ _Shift—OT Available—Start ASAP_ **Location** **:** Sioux Falls, SD **Pay:** $20-25/Hour **Schedule:** Monday thru Friday 6AM-3:30PM **Description:** A manufacturer of utility vehicles has an immediate opening for a press break operator. This candidate is responsible for the daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes to produce parts and tools from metal and other materials. **Responsibilities:** + Operate press break machine with assistance from Sr. Operator or Supervisor. + Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches. + Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints. + Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments. + Produce parts for assembly operations. + Perform spot inspections of parts. + Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures. + Complete and maintain paperwork. + Identify assembly parts. + Set up light gauge metal. + Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel). **Skills:** + Manufacturing + Production + Operator + Brake + CNC + machine + Brake + press machine + Fabrication + CNC **Qualifications:** + 1 year of manufacturing experience + Previous machine operating experience preferred but not required **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
